Note the Instructions are at the website at bit.ly/isokit
Label on Kit appears to say bitly not bit.ly or the Font makes it hard to see the ".".
I'm glad it went well! Did you have any trouble removing the FET from the heatsink?
No issues with removal.
New heatsink compound kinda runny.
Only suggestion is pictures.
On another note I think I understand the procedure to test a battery. If I have time I'll write it up and send it to you. I saw it was a task in github.
Wanted to do some ballpark thermal calcs and was wondering if you have
any specs on the thermal resistance of the ceramic insulator you can share?
We tested several different insulator types to find the best performance; mica ones were surprisingly poor. The one we settled on is part 532-4169G, from Aavid Thermalloy. They provide specs here: http://www.aavid.com/product-group/interface/insulators
